Access and/or use of the FIDE Website confers the status of USER, who accepts, from the time of said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use stipulated here. The aforementioned Conditions shall be applicable regardless of any mandatory General Contracting Conditions, where these are applicable.

Rules of website use

All the content included on the FIDE Website (including, but not limited to, the navigation architecture, databases, services, graphics, videos and other content and/or sensory stimuli that make up the Website), hereinafter “the content,” belongs to FIDE and/or the third parties who have transferred their rights. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the website. Said responsibility extends to the registration required to access certain services and content. During said registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. In the event that the arbitration is not carried out by mutual agreement or is declared null, or for the execution of the arbitration award, both parties submit, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction if another corresponds to them, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
